MONTH OF COORDINATION

This package, typically referred to as “Day-Of Coordination”, exists for the couple who would prefer to plan their own wedding: the guest list, the vendors, the decor & the rentals, but wish to have us give direction at the rehearsal & oversee wedding day tasks. Our coordinating team will take care of the wedding day details, run a seamless rehearsal, and give you the freedom to enjoy yourselves and stay present in all of the wedding day magic!

1-2 Months Prior to Wedding Day:
Unlimited email & text communication
Preparation of a rehearsal & minute-by-minute wedding day itinerary
Walk-through of the venue(s) & creation of a floor plan layout
Distribution & review of final timeline & layout with vendor team
One in person or virtual details & timeline meeting
Wedding Week Coordination:
Final "no-stress" meeting (review of final timeline, layout & decor set up)
Communication with immediate family & wedding party of necessary details (rehearsal details, arrival times, locations, etc.)
Week-of wedding vendor check in to confirm details & arrival times
Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal
Full onsite day-of coordination of wedding party, guests, & vendors
Overseeing wedding party getting ready & photography timeline
Decorating the ceremony & reception space with decor provided by the couple and/or our rental services
Directing vendors upon arrival & overseeing vendor setup
Overseeing smooth transitions & timeliness of schedule
Cueing the couple & wedding party for timing of each part of the day
Send everyone down the aisle, both in order & on time!
Communication with vendors throughout the event
Assist the lovely couple, vendors, families, & wedding party day-of with information & flow of the event
Act as the “personal assistant" or “go-to-gal” for the couple throughout the event
Distribution of gratuities per the direction of the couple

This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to tie up all the loose ends so you can enjoy your big day and the months leading up!
